Christmas is right around the corner, and the festive mood is upon us all to spread some much needed festive cheer. With the year we’ve all had, Christmas is probably most awaited, given that it also means an end to this horrid year. And then we can all ring in the New Year with some hope.

But the main thing right now is Christmas, and obviously that means movies. And Christmas movies are the best, aren’t they? With all the love and festivities going around, they provide us with the feel good factor that we are always in lookout for.

So here are the ten best Christmas movies (and no, we are not going to include Die Hard, Jake!) that are streaming on Netflix right now. Old and new, with these movies let’s add some joy to our lives.

  1. The Christmas Chronicles

Vanessa Hudgens plays a Duchess as well as an ordinary girl from Chicago. They switch places and (not so much) chaos ensues, which of course, comes with living someone else’s life. There is a sequel as well of this Netflix original – The Princess Switch: Switched Again, which will be out this weekend.

  1. The Knight Before Christmas

The 2016 Bad Mom’s are back, but with a Christmas twist this time around. Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell and Kathryn Hahn have to organize the perfect Christmas for their family and the mishaps in achieving that are never ending. A sweet, silly and salacious Christmas movie, here we go!

If you are single, and your parents are hounding you about your dating life and you are so done with it – watch Holidate, maybe? Or not! It’s fun, at times romantic, with a lot of funny throw in (I mean it stars Emma Roberts and Kristin Chenoweth). So you are definitely in for a good time.
