We all know how the MCU works. There are some actors which are quite tough as there characters had to look like so and then there are others whose character does not ask much in terms of a good physique.
Here is a list of 10 actors who are actually tough and 10 others who are tough on screen.

15. TOUGH: CHRIS EVANS

Yaa, we know that Chris Evans is not a super soldier. To have a body of the same requires a lot of work. Insane diets and rough training are a part of that. Yet we all have heard that Chris Evans may retire very soon. At least he can have that Pizza without thinking about how many calories he has to loose.

14. NOT TOUGH: ROBERT DOWNEY JR.

Although Robert Downey Jr. is quite fit, he is not tough, to be precise. He did build up some more muscles for Iron Man 3, but fairly enough, he did not need that ; after having a suit like that. And the amount of Charity work he does makes him a great real life hero in the eyes of many.

13. TOUGH: CHRIS PRATT

Director James Gunn did not require him to build a chiseled body for the Guardians of Galaxy. But the actor put himself into rigorous training sessions to look like a hero. The changes he has bought to his physique are commendable.

12. NOT TOUGH: RYAN REYNOLDS

Yes, Ryan Reynolds has a perfect body frame. But you don’t need to completely rely on muscle when you are playing a character like Deadpool and have already won millions of hearts. And his work of donations to sick people is known by all.
He is the perfect combination of funny and sweet.

11. TOUGH: CHRIS HEMSWORTH

Thor, the God Of Thunder. This character is played by Chris Hemsworth; without a doubt we know that to make a body to look like that of a God intense work out is required. Chris already had a buff Physique but was required to gain more muscle for his character. Those who follow him on Instagram are familiar with his intense sessions.

10. NOT TOUGH: SCARLETT JOHANSSON

Scarlett’s work of charity never comes into limelight like that of many other celebrities. She helped feeding those who were hit by Hurricane Katrina , made sure the survivors did not need to worry about food and also traveled to many countries for the sole purpose of Hunger Eradication.

9. TOUGH: JOSH BROLIN

Josh Brolin in spite of being quite buff when he was casted for Deadpool 2, decided to step up his game. He sent a few pictures of Cable to his trainer at gym and they started working on it. Brolin became so chiseled after his training that most of the actors of the MCU were quite impressed, he garnered a lot of attention.

8. NOT TOUGH: JEREMY RENNER

Hawkeye as he is known to the world has done a lot of charity work and is no stranger to donations and charity. He helped the survivors of Hurricane Harvey by donating Tens of Thousands of Dollars to Children’s Hospital. This is the most recent and inspiring example of kindness.

7. TOUGH: TOM HOLLAND

When Tom Holland was casted for Spiderman-Homecoming ,he as pretty lean ; he just needed to be toned so that his physique looks good in the suit. He did a 25 minute EMS(Electronic Mass Stimulation) which is equivalent to 2 hours of work out.

6. NOT TOUGH: MARK RUFFALO

Mark Ruffalo as Hulk does not need the chiseled body but he does do the social work necessary. He stands up for human rights. He helped the natives of Standing Rock to protest and also helped them during winters by bringing in food and supplies to keep them alive.

5. TOUGH: HUGH JACKMAN

For his role of Wolverine , Hugh Jackman had a very strict and intensive work out regime and diet plan. He used to sleep just for 5 hours and woke up early in the morning for his training sessions. we ourselves cannot imagine any other actor playing the part of Wolverine other than him.

4. TOUGH: AARON TAYLOR JOHNSON

While everyone had to put on muscle mass , Aaron had to loose weight for his character of Quicksilver in Avengers: The Age Of Ultron. When he send his picture to the directors, he was told he was too bulky and had to loose upper body weight as a speedster cannot be this bulky. He lost a lot of upper body weight.

3. TOUGH: CHADWICK BOSEMAN

When Boseman was casted for Black Panther , he was already quite ripped because of his past appearances in various shows and movies. By the time Black Panther came on his table , he did not have to put much effort for his role as T’Challa in Black Panther.

2. TOUGH: TESSA THOMPSON

Tessa Thompson played the role of Valkyrie in Thor Ragnarok. She was already quite good looking. But she wanted to push herself to the next level and look quite similar to the Valkyrie of Comics. She said that looking good is not that important but feeling strong in her own skin is. The actor gained about 15 pounds of muscle mass. Isn’t that impressive?

1. TOUGH: ANTHONY MACKIE

Anthony Mackie was casted for the role of superhero Falcon in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Although he needed to put on more , he has always remained fit and is a firm believer that fitness can help a person in his older days. He has always been keen to look good and desperate enough to keep his body in a good shape , knowing that it would help his career and self esteem.
