We, as humans have the tendency of adoring celebrities. So much so, that we wish to see them in person. It is a dream to meet them. But, for some, these dreams do come true. A Reddit user asked “Who is the most famous person you’ve spoken to?” and here are a few responses. However, these stories are unverified. The Redditors spilled their supposed encounters with celebs. 1. Matthew Broderick

u/lanephinn shares his experience with Matthew Broderick. He recalls, “I was in a movie called Election...Matthew Broderick held me. My parents have told me about it and how nice Matthew was.” But, the user was a baby when this happened. Though he doesn’t remember much of it, he believes Matthew is a nice human.

2. Glenn Close Or Meryl Streep?

In 1992, u/TeddyBearRoosevelt was attending a Broadway show when the user’s mother met Glenn Close in the washroom. The mother said excitedly, “I just saw Meryl Streep in the bathroom!” The user shares, “Please tell me you didn’t say anything to her, and you just left her alone.” To this, the mother replied, “I was very good, and didn’t say anything. Look, here she comes now.” The user said, “I’m glad you didn’t say anything to her…because that’s Glenn Close.’” This was an embarrassing yet cute encounter!

3. Guy Fieri

However, the encounter was short and crisp! But we’ll still count it as an encounter. He says, “No entourage, no crowd. Nothing. 4. Paul Rudd

American actor and comedian Paul Rudd is famous for his role as “Mike Hannigan” in the sitcom “Friends“. He has worked in films like “Ant-Man” and “Avengers: End Game“. Moreover, he was a part of the “Forbes Celebrity 100” in 2019. User u/JonSpangler shares his sweet encounter with Paul Rudd. He says, “I gave him a cupcake. I’d like to think he ate it. The user shares, “Everyone (including me) was in awe. He made time for everyone, but mainly the kids who were there with their teachers.”

6. Carrie Fisher

Late actress Carrie Fisher is famously known for her role as “Princess Leia” in Star Wars films. Also, she was nominated 4 times for Saturn Awards for this role. User u/Lowca was wearing a red Darth Vader shirt when Carrie complimented saying, “I love your shirt!” The user further says, “She was super warm and funny; it felt almost like talking to a sister rather than a film star.”

7. Adam West

If you’re a true Batman fan, you must be knowing about him! Adam West is best known for his role as a “Batman” in TV series in the 1960s. He is also remembered for his contribution to “The Simpsons” and “Family Guy“. User u/Jimmy_Wrinkles shares his wife’s encounter with Adam West and it’s cute! He says, “She struck up a conversation about the weather with a nice older gentleman. Two days later, she hears his voice on TV and says that guy sounds exactly like him. I proceeded to show her his picture…confirmed she chatted about the weather with Batman — Adam West!”

8. Emma Watson

Emma Watson grew to prominence as “Hermione Granger” from “Harry Potter“. User u/Tokey_Loki worked at a pizza place where she often visited and recalls, “Super nice, quiet, and polite. She would have a male friend go out with her and speak for her because as soon as she opened her mouth, you knew it was Hermione Granger from a mile away.”

9. Kevin Bacon

Bacon is known for his films like “JFK“, “A Few Good Men” and docudrama “Apollo 13“. User u/Thick_Reputation5854 encountered Kevin on a flight. However, he couldn’t recognize him. Instead, asked him about his wife. Lol. He says, “Didn’t recognize it was him. I politely asked if his flight companion was Kyra Sedgwick, whom I recognized. His expression was of mild surprise, which then made me realize I was missing something.”

10. Lady Gaga

To be honest, when I was a child I used to be crazy about Lady Gaga songs. They used to play on loop! User u/mox44ah once served her a drink at some nightclub and shares, “Served her a drink at a Halloween party…Great smile, very friendly, and a lot shorter in person than I would have thought. 10/10 would serve her a drink again.”
