A Star Wars Project Will Be Reportedly Filmed By Rosario Dawson In December
Ahsoka Tano star Rosario Dawson is reportedly filming a Star Wars project in December. Dawson made her debut as Clone Wars Jedi Ahsoka Tano in the second season of The Mandalorian.
Ahsoka Is Coming With Its Spin-off Series
Ahsoka arrived on The Mandalorian and it was a very huge event, not just for fans of Clone Wars but fot all future Star Wars on Disney+ fans. Dawson’s character seems to have a large part of Marvel’s future plans as she is already getting her own spinoff series which will arrive in 2022. We have some details already in about Ahsoka Tano – which is the arrival of Hayden Christensen as Darth Vader, a move that many fans were speculating about the possibility of Obi-Wan Kenobi also appearing.
The reveal of Vader’s inclusion seems to be a piece of huge news for all Star Wars fans. What hasn’t been known yet is when will the film start its shooting. During a conversation on Kevin Smith’s FatMan Beyond Live, it was revealed that Dawson is set to work as early as December.
Here’s what co-host Bernadin blurting some more information:
“You helped me connect with someone who was going to be in the cast but couldn’t make it happen. … It was Rosario Dawson. I don’t know why we’re being circumspect about that? She’s not going to be in the movie, so it’s fine. She is the busiest lady in the world. … Only because I’m tired of not being able to say s—t, cause it’s always where you’re like, “Working on a thing. Find me in 2023.” But yeah, like she was the first choice and I wanted her very very badly. But, then she read the script and loved it, but she’s like, “Listen, I’m going to be in Manhattan Beach making a f—king Star Wars show. And I can’t be in your short.” Which I was like, “OK.”
With so many shows already in production, Dawson might shoot some random footage that might just end up in Ahsoka Tano. It’s also a possibility that Dawson might not know exactly which Star Wars show she might work on in December.
