The aftermath of Depp and Amber Heard is so much that the world is still trying to deal with it. Recently, Stenographer of the court, Judy Bellinger said in an interview with Law & Crime Network, that she witnessed several jury members dozing off to sleep during the course of the court trial that started April 11 and ended June 1.
Jury Members fell sleeping in the front and back rows
“It was tough,” Bellinger said while explaining the scenario of the trial. She also said that she saw jury members in both the front and back rows falling asleep. Bellinger said. “There was a lot of video deposition and they’d just sit there and all of a sudden I’d see their heads drop.”
The attentive juror was not present on the verdict day
While talking about the controversial trial, Bellinger said that the most attentive juror was an alternate and did not cogitate in on the final verdict. She added, “There were a lot of video depositions and they would just sit there, and all of a sudden I’d see their head drop.” Her full quote is mentioned below,
“Unfortunately, the one alternate that was on there, she was probably the one that listened the most. I watched her facial expressions, she was very deeply into every word that was being said. I thought she would’ve made a great juror, and she did not get to see it to the end.”
Stenographer meeting Johnny Depp
Reportedly, Bellinger was also in the news as she was seen partying with Pirates of The Caribbean star Johnny Depp and his legal team after the closing arguments on May 27. Bellinger’s photo with Depp went viral and netizens made their own speculations. While talking about it, she said, “I was in there for probably less than 10 minutes, and he just hugged me and thanked me again,”
