After splitting with Johnny Depp, Amber Heard dated business magnate Elon Musk for a year. The initiation came from Musk’s side according to some sources. Shortly after her divorce from Johnny Depp in 2016, the Aquaman actor started dating Tesla CEO, Elon Musk. The new couple kept their relationship low-key for the most part. However, it lasted for only a few months. After the news of their split, a source revealed that Herad had been forcing a marriage onto Musk. According to People magazine, the source said,
“Amber was desperately trying to marry Elon and she wanted to use the same strategy on him like she used on Johnny,”
However, according to the source, the plan did not work due and the Boring Company founder refused to go with it. The reason for Musk’s decision had been that he was in no position to be in a relationship. He had work responsibilities and he also loved doing them. Therefore he let go of Heard’s marriage idea and ended up splitting with her.
A different and contradictory reason was shared by Musk in a 2017 Rolling Stones,
“I just broke up with my girlfriend. Well, she broke up with me more than I broke up with her. I think, I was really in love and it hurt bad.”
So, according to Musk Heard ‘discarded’ him and not the other way around. Currently, the Aquaman actor is living low-key in Spain after losing the defamation trial.

And it is also rumored that Musk helped her financially with the trial. The Business Tycoon also mentioned claimed that he only started dating Heard after her split with the Willy Wonka star. However, there are pieces of evidence from penthouse pictures that says otherwise according to reports.
