In the end, no action was taken regarding this as according to reports, the special agent met with the assistant US attorney after the event and decided not to press charges. In an effort to learn why Brad Pitt wasn’t charged with a crime after the incident that caused Angelina Jolie and the actor to get divorced, the actress reportedly filed a lawsuit against the FBI in April of 2022. She filed it under the alias Jane Doe, asking for information relating to an investigation involving the actor.
