While Tampa Bay’s offense was quite evident in the midst of a third quarter drive against the New York Jets, in the aftermath of the situation, the seven-time Pro Bowler reportedly pulled off his helmet, jersey, and pads while waving towards his fans at MetLife Stadium and left the field soon.

As the team’s coach told the media in the aftermath of the shocking event, AB will no longer be part of the team. Notably, the player has a long disputed history, and his troubled behavior on and off the field has been the talk of the town.

Because, besides being the champion of his game, Brown had been attached to a series of controversies. He was caught with a fake vaccine card and later got suspended for three games, which impacted his overall performance and put an end to his Tampa Bay career.

The last time Antonio Brown played on a football field was in January 2022, when he was a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and left MetLife Stadium in the middle of a game that created weeks of controversy. The former player created an impressive career for himself in Pittsburgh during his nine-year tenure with the Steelers. He was an All-Pro for four consecutive years and appeared in seven Pro Bowls.
