All Marvel are eagerly waiting for the upcoming Marvel films in 2019, including the likes of Captain Marvel and of course, Avengers 4. Infinity War was an immense success in the box office which has led to many fans creating their own theories and fan-arts about what might follow in Avengers 4.

A similar fan-art by Raikchak Reang shows Captain Marvel in a battle with the Mad Titan, Thanos. The only difference is that Captain Marvel has the Infinity Gauntlet and it is in mid-snap.

While many fans would hope to see this epic showdown in the film, it’s still unclear how the remaining Avengers will ultimately defeat Thanos. This might not be her first face-off against Thanos or his Black Order army. Another fan earlier mentioned that the Cull Obsidian on Thanos’ waist that looks strikingly similar to Carol Danvers’ costume.

Even actress Brie Larson who plays Captain Marvel in the MCU was initially nervous about deciding to take up the role of Captain Marvel.

“There’s a lot about it that felt like a big decision and it’s not just a big decision for myself, it’s a big decision for my family and my partner and for my friends,” Larson said about choosing to become involved with the MCU. “It’s a big change for everybody and I wasn’t sure if it was the right thing for me.”

She further revealed that Marvel gave her the time that she needed and that helped her to further embrace the role.

“I never want to do, make artistic decisions that will feel like a burden or that would take me away from the parts of my life that I find fulfilling so Marvel was super patient and allowed me a lot of time to think it over and then once I felt like I had made the right decision which was doing it I got both feet in and I’m really happy.”

Avengers 4 will premiere in theatres on May 3, 2019.
