A new leak from Avengers: Endgame toy line hints that a fan-favourite character from Iron Man’s past could finally return.

2008’s Iron Man saw Tony using a mechanical assistant named Dum-E to create his first suit. The witty robotic arm appeared in The Avengers, Iron Man 2 and Iron Man 3 respectively. Tony even kept Dum-E’s limp body on trailer after his home in Malibu got destroyed in Iron Man 3. Dum-E also made a brief appearance in Spider-Man: Homecoming.

It seems like some innovation might bring Dum-E back into the game as new Iron Man suits and designs might be on the way. Check out the Instagram post featuring a LEGO set containing Iron Man and Dum-E below:

Obviously, the possibility that Pepper Potts may find a use for Dum-E as she’s expected to don the Rescue armour in Avengers: Endgame. This LEGO figure also guarantees that Dum-E will be in Avengers: Endgame.

Avengers: Endgame will hit the theaters on April 26. Here’s the official synopsis of the film:

“A culmination of 22 interconnected films, the fourth installment of the Avengers saga will draw audiences to witness the turning point of this epic journey. Our beloved heroes will truly understand how fragile this reality is and the sacrifices that must be made to uphold it.”
