Ben Affleck Just Sold The LA Bachelor Pad Jennifer Garner Let Him Live In As Part Of The Divorce For $30M, Making Jennifer Lopez And Affleck a Whopping $11M Profit

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have been the talk of the town, and who wouldn’t rave about the real-life intense romantic drama-esque plot like theirs? Lovers separating for a world of reasons and eventually finding their way to each other after a long 20 years, and initiating the start of a seeming happily-ever-after.

Now that Affleck has settled with Lopez for hopefully the final time, he had no need for his bachelor mansion anymore. The 50-year-old actor had originally bought the property after his divorce from ex-wife Jennifer Garner in 2018. It has also been reported that while he was dating actor Ana de Armas, the couple resided in the sprawling lavish mansion. However, it is clear that the Gone Girl star did not want to start a new life with his bride in a supposed Bachelor Mansion.

Ben Affleck looking at humongous profits

Ben Affleck seems to be immersed in good news from all sides. His life has been passing like a lengthened honeymoon with Jennifer Lopez. It looks like the two can’t get enough of each other, or wedding ceremonies and going on honeymoons either. But apart from his personal life, Affleck also hit a jackpot on the economic front.

His California mansion that had been put up for sale only 3 weeks ago has a buyer with an offer Affleck can’t refuse. Affleck had bought the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion in the posh LA neighborhood of Pacific Palisades for $19 million in 2018. He listed the property for $29.9 million, and a buyer has already made an offer.

A luxurious abode

The identity of the impending buyer has not been revealed yet. Neither the exact purchase price is out in the public domain. However, it can safely be said that the estate is an abode of luxury. The house itself sprawls over 1250 sqm and has a movie theater, gym, recreation room, bar, temperature-controlled wine cellar, and a master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and a balcony.

The outdoors of the estate are just as impressive with an outdoor kitchen, a pool with a water slide, a spa, and al fresco dining under the covered patio with heaters. Apart from all this, there is also a separate guesthouse.

Lopez and Affleck just got back from another week-long honeymoon in Italy after their Georgia wedding and will reportedly be moving into Lopez’s Bel-Air home after it gets remodeled.
