During the trial, Depp was outspoken about Disney suddenly dropping him without being proven guilty.

He said,

“Captain Jack Sparrow was a character I built from the ground up and was something that I, of course, put a lot of [myself] into the character and also having worked on these films with these people and added much of myself, much of my own re-writing of the dialogue and scenes and jokes.”

He also wished to play the character in the 6th film of the franchise and give him a proper goodbye. The actor said he would keep playing the character until it was time to have a fitting conclusion. The 58-year-old expressed his feeling of being betrayed by Disney for dropping him before the verdict.

It lost him some important projects. Heard was hit harder by the trial. She lost the case to her ex-husband.

While dealing with the betrayal from Hollywood the actor made a life motto to move forward. His motto said, “The best thing in the world to do is not give a rat’s a** continue to live for however long you have left. That’s a gift you know every breath’s a celebration”

On the Twitter post, users praised the actor by filling in the comment section. A person wrote, “That mindset clearly got him through dealing with a narcissistic like Heard.” While the other one wrote, “So true…words of wisdom.”

Although Depp is following this life motto, there are things he needs to deal with, like making his career after the sudden dropping off with Disney. The actor may shift to music since it was his favorite thing to do before taking on acting.
