The Plot and Movie
Creating the Script
Since 2010, continuous efforts had been made in attempts to write a script. And go, shop around in order to come up with a third film in the series. The scriptwriting was done with both Reeves and Winter getting involved, along with Matheson and Solomon writing. The script took several years for preparation. According to Solomon, the team wanted to continue the series and characters in a proper manner. Instead of, just going and making a simple sequel that would look like a mere cash-grab. Also, the negotiations at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival gave a greenlit to the film. The film which is slated for release on August 10, 2020.
The film is expected to show Bill & Ted, as the middle-aged adults, which they even are, to be honest. Teaming up with their own daughters, they come to a point, where they realise that they have a greater task at hand which is yet to be achieved. They have to find the music that the Utopian society will follow in the future. The movie also has William Sadler, who will reprise his role in the film as the Grim Reaper. Brigette Lundy-Paine and Samara Weaving will be appearing as Ted and Bill’s daughter, Billie Logan and Thea Preston, respectively. Kid Cudi is also known to be a cast member for the film in an undisclosed role. But the role would be important, I guess.
Face the Music will not be just like any other film. The film is set to release in August. And we, as fans are set to put an end to our curiosities this season.
