Captain Marvel is the first female-centric Marvel Studios movie.

Brie Larson stars as Carol Danvers at Marvel Studios’ Captain Marvel. It is the first female hero-centric superhero film the studio. Larson is back as Danvers at Avengers: Endgame, that will transition the Marvel Cinematic Universe to another stage. Talking to Inquirer, Larson says that she expects Marvel continues to diversify its own heroes.

“My hope is that for individuals is up and coming, that Marvel proceeds to explore diversity and representation in the manner they have done today, that has been very effective,” Larson says. “With this, I’d say, possess your fact and who you are, since the thing I adore about the family is that we are all very different.”

Captain Marvel came following Black Panther, Marvel’s first movie with a black guide. Larson talked early on concerning the comparisons between the two films.

“I really don’t understand how it’s any different. In all honesty, I really don’t want it to feel different,” Larson explained. “I am kind of ‘Initial female blah blah blah,’ and’Wow, perhaps women can really do exactly the exact items that dude can perform — what a crazy idea!’ I feel as though more people speak about it, the further people perpetuate the fantasy that it is an impossible job. No, though it was not like this it is because it was incorrect. That was wrong. Now we are just doing what is natural.”

Marvel is currently working on its next female-led film, a prequel about Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow. A Black Panther sequel can also be in the works. While not verified, most suppose that a Captain Marvel sequel is unavoidable. Marvel Studios’ Kevin Feige stated in an interview the studio is currently working on introducing an LGBTQ enthusiast along with the teenaged Muslim hero Ms Marvel.

“I feel all those are — let us put it this way: They are all percolating,” Feige said. “I really do want to maintain the attention on this one and about the long run, but what you named are some closer than others.”

There are rumours that the very first LGBTQ hero will debut in Marvel’s The Eternals. The movie concentrates on species of beings who are an offshoot of the evolution of mankind. Surveys indicate Angelina Jolie will play with Sersi from the movie which Kumail Nanjiani was cast within an undisclosed function.
