The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has followed a rigid diet to ensure that she stays in shape. Her workout is without equal. These are the heights she has gone to ensure that she has ‘the’ body. It is no mere fluke that she lost almost 70 pounds within a year, to infamously fit into Marilyn Monroe’s iconic dress for the Met Gala in 2022.

Kim Kardashian gained a lot of weight in the aftermath of giving birth to her kids – North and Saint. After giving birth to the latter, she said that her weight had reached 190 lbs, a number that was too much for her. She said on her website,

“I really need to get down to 120. So I’m saying I have to lose 70 pounds because those extra 10 pounds you carry are so annoying.”

To do that, KimK switched to a healthy diet, but that was far from enough. She said,

“I have 70 pounds to lose and so far. By my healthy eating … today I got on the scale and I’m 17 pounds down.” 

Modern problems require modern solutions. And you can back on the SKIMS owner to come up with one when the need arises.

The 42-year-old might have a really strict work routine. But that is not enough always. When she just had North, the socialite came up with the most novel way to lose weight. She recollected,

“I didn’t want people to look at me trying to lose weight. I would sit in my mom’s garage with my daughter in a stroller, and it was literally probably 115 degrees in Calabasas in the summertime.” 

This shows the SKKN owner’s commitment to a fit body. It is because of going to such heights that she has finally managed to cut her weight down to 118 lbs. If weighing 120 lbs begins “tripping you up” then you are bound to have a fit body.
