Ezra Miller has once again found themselves to be the center of attention as a 12-year-old nonbinary child has filed for a restraining order against the actor. This case has come into the limelight only a week after the parents of 18-year-old environmental activist Tokata Iron Eyes requested a protective order against Ezra Miller. They stated that “Ezra uses violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs to hold sway over a young adolescent Tokata.”
A mother and her 12-year-old child travelled to their local courthouse and requested a temporary harassment prevention order against Ezra Miller
They alleged that the actor caused trouble for their family one evening in their downstairs neighbor’s home and acted inappropriately towards the nonbinary child. A judge in Massachusetts signed the protection order and spoke with the 12-year-old accuser, their mother, and another neighbor who was present at the scene.
They stated that on February 2nd, 2022 Miller was present at their downstairs neighbor’s home in Greenfield, which is about 40 miles away from the actor’s ranch in Stamford, Vermont. That neighbor is in a band with Whitney Suters, who is close friends with Ezra Miller.
The trio described the incident
Things went sideways when the mother mentioned that she’s been doing some traveling with “her tribe” of people, which lead to Ezra Miller snapping at her and accusing her of cultural appropriation.
Then, a conversation got out of hand after Ezra Miller claimed that the board game Parcheesi had Rastafarian roots, then the visiting neighbor, who is half-Black, asked Ezra Miller as to which sect of the Rastafari movement it originated from.
At this point, Ezra Miller was furious, the visiting neighbor recalled what they said, “They said, ‘You don’t even know what the f**k you’re talking about. What did you say to me? What did you just say to me?!’” adding, “Then they opened up their jacket—they had this, like, big Sherpa jacket—and they opened up one side of their jacket, you could see a gun, and they said, ‘Talking like that could get you into a really serious situation.’”
Then they said that Ezra Miller looked at the then-11-year-old child and said,
“I’ve talked extensively with your child, and they have a lot of power to them. At one point, you’re going to realize that you don’t have any control over them anymore. They’re an elevated being, and they would be lucky to have someone like me guide them.”
Then they turned to the mother and accused her of being a witch and a vampire and repeatedly yelled at her, “Do you want to drink my blood? Do you!?”
Then things got extremely weird as Ezra Miller came back to the child and allegedly began to bombard them with compliments. At one point they moved their chair closer to them, uncomfortably hugged them, touched their hips, requested them to add the actor on Instagram, and told the child, who is fond of horses, that they would acquire several horses and the child could help them in taking care of the herd on their Vermont farm.
The child later talked about the incident saying: “They automatically were just weirdly drawn to me and kept talking about how they love my outfit and love my style, and kept going on and on about how it was great. It was really uncomfortable. I was really nervous. I was scared to be around them after they yelled at my mother and she was crying.”
Things are not going very well for Ezra Miller
Ezra Miller was arrested twice in Hawaii earlier this year, once for an altercation in a bar and the second time for a second-degree assault. Last week, the parents of 18-year-old environmental activist Tokata Iron Eyes requested a protective order against Miller. They stated in the court documents that Ezra Miller met Tokata six years ago when Takota was 12 and Ezra Miller was 23. Ever since the Tokata Iron Eyes news broke no one has seen or heard from Ezra Miller.
