Additionally he mentioned the criminal justice system’s impacts on the people entangled in it. Especially during the holidays it can be tough for families that just want to be with their loved ones. “no child should be without their parents during this time if we can do something about it”

This truly an applaudable act of kindness from Mill’s side. He has shared in the past that advocating for criminal  justice system reforms stems from his own experience with it. The support he received from people during his time in prison was the fuel that drove him to give the support back to the world.

Only a few weeks before he posted bail for 20 women, Meeks Mill carried out another such act of kindness. On December 13, Mills and his close friend Michael Rubin decided to gather some kids who’s parents were entangled in the criminal justice system. They decided to brighten the children’s mood by taking them inside NFL team Philadelphia Eagles’ practice facility.

That day all of them had lots of fun playing football. Mills even tried out wobbly pass. His friend Rubin remarked that the rapper was as “unathletic” as himself.
