Cosplay culture never fails to surprise us. And in this culture, Wonder Woman is a highly celebrated character and people love to dress up like her. The incredibly skilled body paint artist Melissa Croft decided to take things up a notch. In a tweet that she shared on October 17, she appeared as Wonder Woman, deflecting bullets and basically being a badass. Check out the video and Twitter thread below:

Croft is known to dive into such content and depict comic, game, and movie characters every now and then. Her cosplay goes for the classic Princess Diana (Gal Gadot) look which includes both the bracelets and her tiara which, when thrown, is an effective weapon. She has previously cosplayed as Yara Flor as well, and she’s currently Wonder Girl and future Wonder Woman of DC’s Future State timeline.

But speaking of Wonder Woman, let’s dive into her history. Princess Diana was created by William Moulton Marston and H.G. Peter and she made her debut on October 21, 1941, in All-Star Comics #8. She is a superhero with some crazy abilities and of course, deflecting bullets is one of them, and having such extreme strength where she can create shockwaves by banging her bracelets together is one of them. The same was seen in the body paint cosplay video too. So, what do you think about the cosplay video? Let us know in the comments below!
