It seems like the rumors about Hollywood star Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s money trouble might be true because her massive mansion in Georgia is going up for sale in foreclosure. Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak is reportedly facing foreclosure over her $2.6 million mansion and could lose the lavish home in the public sale to the highest bidder soon.

The legal documents revealed that Kim Zolciak and ex-NFL star husband, Kroy Biermann, took out a $300K loan against the home and, according to the documents, failed to pay it back. Reportedly, the couple purchased the mansion in December 2013 and their beautiful home will go on sale in November 2022. Kim Zolciak’s mansion once faced foreclosure back in 2014 but the debt was eventually settled; this time the situation seems to be not in her control anymore.

Fulton County records unveiled a filing on October 6, 2022, by Landmark Community Bank which revealed the foreclosure proceedings on Zolciak-Biermann’s 7,186 square ft. Alpharetta, Georgia mansion has begun. The reality tv show star and ex-NFL star husband, Kroy Biermann, “failed to pay back” a $300,000 loan that was borrowed to complete renovations on their lavish dream home, according to the legal documents.

A Notice of Sale published confirmed that Zolciak, 44, and Biermann, 37, had their five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home foreclosed on “because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness” and is being put up for sale. According to the document, the sprawling 6,907-square-foot home will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Fulton County, Georgia.

Their mansion is situated on the Manor Golf & Country Club property on the 18th hole near a lake in Alpharetta, Georgia. There is a main bedroom on the main level and four additional bedrooms upstairs. The home has a large finished basement, a six-car garage, and an in-ground pool. Life isn’t going smooth for the Biermann family

It’s been a challenging few months for the Biermann family. In August, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s daughter Ariana Biermann was “arrested for DUI” in Georgia. The young star was bonded out of jail the same day she was booked. TMZ reported at the time that the 20-year-old former Bravo star was arrested in Forsyth County, Georgia. According to the outlet, she was booked on three separate charges following her initial arrest.

Just two months earlier, her sister Brielle Biermann, 25, was hospitalized. The big sister shared the news with fans through her Instagram handle. Her initial post shows her arm hooked up to IVs as she lays in the hospital bed.  She captioned the post: “wouldn’t wish this upon my worst enemy.” The Bravo star’s second in-hospital Instagram post shows her laying with her head turned to the side, seemingly asleep.
