“He loves when we dance”: Jennifer Lopez Revealed Alex Rodriguez Attended Her Dance Choreography Routines, Joined Latin Pop Star Backstage Regularly
Former MLB star Alex Rodriguez and singer Jennifer Lopez’s relationship was once the talk of the town. The mainstream media covered everything they did and several celebrities claimed that their relationship is perfect. However, that was not the case. The two started dating in 2017 and even got engaged in 2019 but things took a turn in 2021 as they decided to end their relationship for good.
The singer once revealed that Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez, who is known for his prominent baseball career, likes dancing. The former athlete reportedly sat when the singer used to do rehearsals and even joined her to flex some of his moves.

Singer Jennifer Lopez once revealed that former MLB star Alex Rodriguez likes dancing in one of her interviews back when the two were still dating. In an interview with Renee Bargh of Extra TV, the singer was asked a question about Alex Rodriguez. Bargh asked her if he will make a cameo in one of her videos, and the singer exclaimed, “Not at all.” She then revealed that he always wanted to dance,
“Well, he always asks. Like today as I was leaving to go, you know, film the video. He’s like, ‘Are the dancers gonna be there?’ He loves when we dance, he loves it when we get together and do our choreography. He sits sometimes in the front of rehearsal and he starts doing it with us and they love it. And he’s the best.”
Their relationship was quite publicized and the world was shocked when the two announced in 2021 that they are splitting.
Why did they break up?
The former baseball player started dating singer Jennifer Lopez in 2017 and then got engaged in March 2019. However, two years later, in April 2021, they decided to end their relationship for good saying that they are “better off as friends.”
Sources claimed that the reason behind their split was messy as the former athlete was caught cheating on the singer with her friend model Madison LeCroy. On the bright side, he reportedly helped Jennifer Lopez in investing a lot of her money into real estate and taught her a lot of investing strategies.

A-Rod and Jennifer Lopez broke up in April 2021 and moved on with their lives. The former athlete went on to date Kathryne Padgett for a short while but that relationship also ended. He is now reportedly dating fitness instructor Jac Cordeiro, the owner of her own fitness program JacFit.
The Marry Me singer on the other hand went on to rekindle her romance with actor Ben Affleck. She got married to the actor twice, the first time in July in Las Vegas and then a second time in August in Georgia.
