“He would kill her and her family”: Johnny Depp’s Close Friend Marilyn Manson Accused of Sexually Assaulting 16 Year Old Girl, Drugged Her and Forced Her to Sleep With His Band Members

Marilyn Manson is one of the most prominent musicians of the rock genre. The musician is quite well-known for his public image and on-stage persona. He was widely regarded as a negative personality that had an adverse effect on the younger generations. Manson is not someone who has a well-liked public persona, unlike his close friend Johnny Depp, who is absolutely adored by his fans. According to sources, a lawsuit has been filed against the controversial musician. Manson allegedly assaulted a minor back in the 90s who decided to finally file a lawsuit against him.

Marilyn Manson assaulted a minor back in the 90s

A lawsuit was filed against Marilyn Manson on Monday at Nassau County Supreme Court. According to documents obtained, Manson allegedly assaulted a girl, anonymously named Jane Doe,  back in 1995, who was 16 at the time. After assaulting the girl, the Sweet Dreams musician further continued to threaten her. In the documents, it is mentioned that Manson threatened Jane Doe that “if she told anyone, he would kill her and her family.” Manson did not stop there, he allegedly asked the girl to send him explicit pictures of herself and her friends.

Manson further assaulted the girl on his New Orleans tour that same year. After a few years in 1999, the controversial musician continued to do the same horrific acts to the girl. Manson even got the girl addicted to drugs and alcohol early in her adulthood.

Esmé Bianco’s lawsuit against the Killing Strangers musician

This isn’t the first time that Manson has been accused of s*xual violence. In 2021, Esme Bianco filed a lawsuit against Marilyn Manson. According to sources, Manson allegedly assaulted and tortured her. However, last week Manson and Bianco allegedly reached common ground and the lawsuit was settled outside of court. Bianco is one of 15 women including actress Evan Rachel Wood who have made similar claims against the singer, whose real name is Brian Hugh Warner.

Another lawsuit against Manson came to an end earlier this month. The model Ashley Morgan Smithline filed a lawsuit against Manson in 2021 in which she accused him of sexual, psychological, and physical abuse against her during their two-year relationship that began in 2010. Earlier this month, the judge closed this case as Smithline failed to hire a new lawyer after her attorney withdrew from the case.
