According to Priscilla Presley, the rock star allegedly once ate the same meal every day for six months straight. She revealed the information to Graceland archivist Angie Marchese, who shared it with the media. The 77-year-old actress said her ex-husband was a major fan of Southern cuisine.

She revealed, “He definitely was a creature of habit, so if it was made in the South…he liked it.” The late singer grew up on good old Southern food and loved dishes like meatloaf, mashed potato, fried chicken, and mac and cheese. While Presley was known for his peanut butter and banana sandwiches, his strange dinner request is recently revealed. The archivist revealed that the singer didn’t like fish or the smell of fish cooked in the house. He ate anything but fish, so the house never had any fish.

The Can’t Help Falling in Love singer’s former wife said his love for meatloaf and mashed potatoes was so much that he ate the same dish for dinner for six months. The singer would obsessively eat one kind of food until he got bored of the same. The renowned bacon-wrapped peanut butter and banana sandwich was his all-time favorite snack.

He also liked fried peanut butter, hamburger steak, and crowder peas. The father of one was a sweet tooth and loved his mother’s Chocolate Cake as the desert. Marchese revealed the You’re the Devil in Disguise singer showed his maid how to cook it in bacon grease, just the way he liked it.
