Adam Sandler’s newest movie, Hustle, successfully managed to achieve a remarkable Rotten Tomatoes score. The Netflix movie helped the actor in receiving some of the best reviews of his career to date. The film achieved a critics score of 89% on Rotten Tomatoes, putting it in third place behind The Meyerowitz Stories (New and Selected) and Uncut Gems.

In 2021, the actor signed a $250m deal with the streaming service for making several projects centered around the “things he is passionate about”. While some of his previous work for Netflix (The Ridiculous 6Sandy Wexler, and Murder Mystery) didn’t hit the mark, the actor received critical acclaim for Uncut Gems. And now, Hustle could be the beginning of a new era for Adam Sandler.

Hustle is the highest-rated film of his entire career when judged by the audience score

Hustle managed to achieve a score of 94%, which is followed up by Happy Gilmore (85%) and Reign Over Me (81%). So it’s safe to say that Hustle was loved by the fans as it is the highest-rated film of his entire career as per audience score.

This could be the beginning of Adam Sandler’s “Oscar era”

It is really exciting to see Adam Sandler is finally shifting his focus from comedies. Hustle is entertaining from the beginning to the very end, and basketball fans will love this one as the movie features enough basketball star cameos. Adam Sandler once again does an amazing job of keeping the story grounded and easy to invest in.
