Salma Hayek was “nearly killed” during rehearsals
It was recently revealed by Salma Hayek that Channing Tatum “nearly killed” her when they were practicing a lap dance routine. The actress recently told Jimmy Kimmel,
“You know, there’s one part that’s not in [the film] where I’m upside down and my legs had to be somewhere. But upside down, one loses sense of direction, and I didn’t do what I was supposed to do, so in the rehearsal, I went like, head down, almost hit my head.”
The actress almost hit her head on the floor while rehearsing for the dance routine. However, she was saved as Channing Tatum held her pants.

Salma Hayek was more concerned about her underwear
As Hayek flipped upside down and Tatum held on to her pants, he wanted her to use her hands to protect her head but Hayek was more concerned about her underwear. The actress further added,
“[Tatum] held on to my pants, but I was really concerned because my pants were going away, and I couldn’t remember if I had underwear or not in this moment. So, instead of putting my hands to protect my head, I just held onto the pants. He’s like, ‘Put your hands up,’ and I’m like, ‘No, no, no, no.'”
The Eternals star then explained that the crew helped her and Tatum yelled at her,
“Everybody came in and kind of took me away from him, and he said, ‘What’s wrong with you?’ I said, ‘What’s wrong with me? You nearly killed me!'”
With Salma Hayek completely fine, Magic Mike’s Last Dance is all set to hit the theatres on February 10th, 2023.
