“I didn’t breathe when I was there, it’s scary”: Britney Spears Makes a Confession About Her Incurable Nerve Damage Pain

Following her new-found freedom since coming out of the strict conservatorship under her father, Britney Spears is known to be active on Instagram. The Toxic singer regularly posts herself enjoying her freedom. Although a rumor against her husband Sam Asghari made the rounds. Which speculated that the videos were posted by him to spread a false image of Spears. Nothing has been confirmed on that yet. Now another such video has been posted on Britney Spears’ IG.

But this time there is a lengthy caption explaining her nerve damage, the resultant pain, and how dance made her feel good despite the pain.

Britney Spears is Suffering from Nerve Damage

The Baby One More Time singer in her usual dance video post on IG revealed that she was suffering from nerve damage. Britney Spears captioned a lengthy explanation of her current condition. She revealed that the right side of her body was experiencing the effect of nerve damage. The Princess of Pop explained nerve damage and its effects. She wrote,

“nerve damage on the right side of my body … there’s no cure except God I guess … nerve damage is caused sometimes when you don’t get enough oxygen to your brain … your brain literally shuts down. Nerve damage causes parts of your body to go numb.”

According to Spears, she wakes up at least 3 times a week and finds her hands all completely numb. She further explained that it felt like pins and needles pricking from the right side of her body. The Womanizer singer wrote, explaining the pain, “shoots up to my neck and the part that hurts the worst is my temple… it stings and it’s scary.”

Spears further revealed that since she had gotten out of the medical center where she was admitted against her will in 2019, she was living in a mild-unconscious state. The I wanna Go singer wrote “I couldn’t face it” referring to the effect.

Britney Spears took to Instagram to reveal her nerve damage and the pain it inflicted. She expressed that the medical condition had no cure and added,  “there’s no cure except God I guess … “. The Sometimes singer is known for uploading videos of her dancing on IG frequently. It had become so frequent and excessive that fans started speculating that Spears might have been under the control of her husband Sam Asghari against her will. The fans speculated that the frequent video was perhaps Asghari’s work. To put out a fake “mentally unwell” image of Spears.

However, her recent post and caption suggest that the speculations cannot be true. The Toxic singer mentioned her nerve damage and also wrote,

“although my Instagram has not been up to par to most…hey hey hey it game existence and got me here”

Amongst the pain which has no cure, according to the singer dancing was almost like medicine for her. She expressed it by writing, “It’s funny though – when I dance, I don’t feel the pain,”. And referring to dance Spears shared she had found a medication. According to her through dancing, she feels oxygen going to her brain. And that made her stand correctly and breathe freely.
