The mother of two was placed into conservatorship in 2008 after a series of unfortunate events in which her right of managing her own life and finances was given to a conservator, which in her case was her father, Jamie Spears. It was effective for 13 years until it ended in 2021. Now that it has ended, many speculated that her bizarre behavior might have something to do with her husband.
Is Sam Asghari and Britney Spears Not on Good Terms?
The couple, Sam Asghari and Britney Spears met each other in 2016 on the set of her Slumber Party music video. After years of dating, they tied the knot in a private ceremony in Los Angeles in June this year. She was in a 13-year-old conservatorship that ended last year giving her the freedom she was always entitled to. However, her recent Instagram post sparked rumors that she might have been involved in an abusive relationship with her new husband.
The 41-year-old singer posted a picture on her Instagram last month which gave quite an eerie vibes with fans speculating that she had cried before that picture was taken. Some fans also pointed out bruises on her arms with many believing that the former is taking advantage of the singer and allegedly married her for extorting money.
Though it was not confirmed whether their relationship is a happy one just like Spears wanted or the one that ended up making her life a living nightmare.
