She spoke about the various beauty fads, cosmetic procedures, and her insecurities around aging. She admitted to going overboard to improve her appearance and make herself look young.

Courteney Cox Regrets Her Beauty Decisions
As one might already be aware that Courteney Cox had started getting fillers around the time she was still on the popular sitcom Friends. Recently the actor spoke about the same and its effects on her. In the podcast, she highlighted how one filler led to a Domino Effect. In order to stabilize the effect, this led to getting more fillers and things got really bad after this.
She stated in the show- “You don’t realize that you look a little off, so then you keep doing more because you look normal to yourself.”
The actress spoke about her concern related to looking old at a very young age. As the glamour industry comes with its terms and conditions- actors need to maintain themselves. The 58- year old actor spoke about the overuse of anti-aging injectables, labeling it her biggest beauty disaster.
“Thank God they are removable,” said Courteney Cox, “I messed up a lot, and now luckily. I was able to reverse most of that.”
The Friends Star Is Gracefully Embracing Her Age
Courtney Cox talked about how she perceives growing older now. She has always been worried about getting older and her occasional use of fillers to slow down the process of aging. Every living creature experiences aging as a natural part of life. She found it extremely difficult to accept and embrace this. Simply put, she is not opposed to any cosmetic operation. The lovable Scream VI star revealed that while she has never had Botox, she is not completely against it either.
Friends actor added, “ I think I messed up a lot and now luckily I can, I was able to reverse most of that. Now, I’m actually just older… I look at pictures of me from when I thought I looked okay, and I can’t believe it.”
