“I had to pay for it”: Robert Pattinson Reveals He Bored His Stalker to Death, Devised Insane Trick to Make Her Run Away From Him
Throughout his career, Robert Pattinson has shared extremely chaotic stories in interviews. Many of them have been a bit shocking for the people. Among the many, there is an incident he shared that sounded awkwardly weird. It was about a stalker who used to wait outside Pattinson’s place while he was in Spain. Like every celebrity stalker story, this was nothing new however the absurd part was the way he decided to respond. Although the Twilight alum has never confirmed or denied the incident, it is undoubtedly unusual.
Robert Pattinson’s Stalker Incident
Being a big celebrity and a heartthrob, it is natural for people to go crazy over Robert Pattinson. Since the Harry Potter days, it was just his character Cedric Diggory, but Pattinson himself was known for his looks. Taking this into account his stalker incident back in 2009 seems a likely true story. Back in 2009, while appearing on The Late Show with David Letterman, the actor shared the story of how a stalker was all over him. He revealed that he had been in Spain at the time for filming. And then, there was a woman who would constantly be outside his apartment. Up to here, the story sounded serious and real, however, Pattinson’s response was what shocked people. He shared that getting bored of the situation he asked the woman,
“Hey, do you just want to go to dinner or something? I mean, no one else wants to hang out with me.”
Furthermore, according to the Twilight star, his stalker took him to a restaurant owned by her parents. He shared that while eating he complained away about his life for about two hours. And what happened afterward was funny and shocking at the same time. The Harry Potter star revealed further that after the conversations, his stalker presented him with the bill. She was probably disillusioned and unimpressed by then. Pattinson said, “I had to pay for it.” And the saga of his stalker ended right there according to him.
What Was The Car Incident?
When it comes to unusual and graceful events, Robert Pattinson’s life seems to be full of them. He has on various occasions opened up about a lot of incidents. In 2011, he shared that one time his car’s dashboard caught on fire which made the roof of his car fall off. And since then he had never looked back at the car.
While appearing on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, he said the car was probably lying in a garage full of cobwebs.
