How and Why Did the Arrest Happen?
Andrew Tate was under investigation on Human Trafficking allegations for a long while. He has been accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting various women. Recently authorities located him through the pizza boxes which appeared in one of his rant videos against Greta Thunberg. The boxes were from a Romanian Pizza chain. And with that, the social media personality and his brother Tristan Tate were arrested as the Romanian authority raided their home.
DIICOT, a government organization of Romania, issued a statement saying six victims had accused the brothers of keeping them in captivity and forcing them to film P****graphic content. After this, Thunberg hilariously responded with, “this is what happens when you don’t recycle your pizza boxes”.
Currently, Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate are being detained by the Romanian authority. The detention period may extend to 30 days reportedly.
