The photo shows Chastain covered in fake blood from head to toe, that seems to promise all the fans that his performance of Beverly Marsh is going to be an epic one, as Marsh returns to Derry to face Pennywise for one last time.

The filming of the sequel began in June with a new cast portraying the adult incarnations of the characters from the first film. The film is based on the classic 1986 horror novel, It by Stephen King.

The film is directed by Andy Muschietti and stars Bill Skarsgard, James McAvoy, Jessica Chastain, Bill Hader, James Ransone, Jay Ryan, Isaiah Mustafa, Teach Grant, Jack Dylan and Nicholas Hamilton.

The film will release on September 6, 2019.
