Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady’s divorce after 13 years of marriage has been the talk of the town since even before it was legally finalized. And almost everyone seems to have their two cents to offer on what happened. Things started to go south for the former NFL power couple when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB made a decision to ‘unretire’ only weeks after giving up on the field and promising to make his family the only priority. The Brazilian supermodel, who had sidelined a highly successful career for the sake of her kids couldn’t work through her husband not doing the same.
And now, rumors suggest that she has already moved on with another man – her jiujitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente. Although, according to a certain mixed martial artist, that doesn’t seem like a good idea.

The rumors of Gisele Bundchen dating her jiu-jitsu instructor have been seemingly fed with little fodder so far. There hasn’t been any official revelation regarding the same. The two have only been spotted walking together during the 42-year-old’s vacation in Costa Rica with her kids. And reports suggest Valente is among a few other tutors who were taken on the trip to continue the kids’ training and studies.
Valente was also spotted having dinner with the former Victoria’s Secret Angel and her kids. In addition to all this, the tutor’s associates also gave a hand in helping Bundchen move boxes into her new Miami abode post her split from the 7-time Super Bowl winner.
UFC fighter Jake Shields doesn’t approve
Meanwhile, former UFC fighter Jake Shields has weighed in on the Bundchen-Valente dating rumor. He does not think that it is a good idea. The Elite XC Welterweight Champion said via Twitter,
“As someone who’s done Jiu-Jitsu for over 20 years I can tell you it rarely ends well when guys bring their girls to training. If you’re the toughest guy at the gym it’s probably fine but otherwise don’t do it.”
So far, neither has the dating rumor been confirmed and even if it were true, Shields’ opinions are not likely to have much effect on what Bundchen thinks anyways.
