For millions of people, Christmas Eve is practically a requirement, and for some, it’s the only chance they get to see their loved ones all year. This won’t apply to Tom Brady, at least not in 2022.
Tom Brady discusses his first Christmas without family
Brady officially announced his separation from his ex-wife, Gisele Bundchen, on October 28, 2022. Sources claim that she wanted Brady to leave the NFL because of the harm it was doing to him, but he persisted because he loved the game, which led to their divorce. And now, Brady said in a recent episode of the Let’s Go! podcast, hosted by Jim Gray and Larry Fitzgerald:
“You’re not a victim of that. We’re not victims of losing games. The sun came up today. We’ve got something to do about it. We woke up; we have a chance.”
Tom Brady continued, “This is not the time to feel sorry for yourself. So get up, go to work and make it better, and improve it and work harder and work more determined.” Sharing his Christmas Eve plans for the year, the American quarterback said he will be staying alone in a hotel, even though he wants to be there with his kids. He participated in this podcast on December 19, the day before his game against the Arizona Cardinals.
The athlete went through a lot this year and is now living by himself. He described what it would be like to not spend Christmas Eve with his family and children:
“I’m gonna learn how to deal with Christmas Eve in a hotel, and I’m gonna have to learn how to deal with Christmas and Christmas night and still go out there and be a professional.”

Since the announcement of Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady’s divorce more than a month ago, things have moved quickly for the former couple. Surprisingly close to Brady’s home, Gisele Bundchen recently purchased an $11.5 million beach house in Miami. Does this action suggest that Gisele still has feelings for the NFL star?
