Among many of his problematic stances over the years, Kanye West or Ye has also announced his will to run for president on various occasions publicly. It all began back in 2015 during the VMA awards that year. Following that he even showed his support for the former president of the U.S. Donald Trump. However, 2020 did not witness West running for the presidential election. Nevertheless, the rapper apparently is not letting the idea slide away. He also discussed his decision to announce it publicly in an award show. According to the Heartless rapper, various people around him were as confused as everyone else.
