Joker and Harley Quinn’s New Photo released by Suicide Squad Director

David Ayer’s Suicide Squad is a film that is not getting a lot of attention anymore these days. DC film universe moved forward over as It’s been over three years since the movie release. Between the anticipation of James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad and the box office hit Todd Philips’ Joker, fans focus is elsewhere. Behind-the-scenes of Ayer’s Suicide Squad there are plenty of gems still. Images of wardrobe tests of Jared Leto’s Joker and Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn makeup for the film are available.

Ayer shared an image recently on Saturday on Instagram. He uploaded a picture of Leto’s Joker and Robbie’s Harley. The image was featuring the pair dressed up in gold-toned finery. We can see Harley looking cool on her upper arm wearing a trio of wristwatches as bracelets. Look at the image below.

The picture is one of a few the directors’ shared over recent weeks. The post looks fun, seeing the two characters from the film. Ayer has also shared a few glimpses related to Suicide Squad in the past.

Ayer responds to final cut

 In September, Ayer took to Twitter about him feeling tired of being blamed for something where he had little control over. He talked specifically about the films’ final cut Warner Brothers released.

The critics termed Squad movie as muddled plot and disappointing though featuring a talented cast.  This movie got a low Audience Score of 59 per cent

In response to critic David Ehrlich comments, Ayer wrote Thanks in his post. He expressed his confidence in James Gunn. He says that Gunn will make a fantastic sequel. Earlier this year, Ayer also asserted that DC is lucky to hire Gunn work for the movie.
