The Beckham and Peltz families have reportedly been at loggerheads since Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz got hitched back in April. But recently, David Beckham showed his admiration at how well his wife Victoria Beckham handled her rumored feud with daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz.

The former Manchester United star is reportedly not happy at all about how her fashion designer wife is being treated amid the controversies between Victoria Beckham and Nicola Peltz. David Beckham, 47, was “gutted” to see how “devastated” his wife was over the drama created by her son Brooklyn Beckham and his wife, as reported by an insider to Closer Magazine.

David Beckham is angry at how Victoria Beckham is being made out as a “villain”

According to a family insider who spoke to Closer Magazine, the 47-year-old football star is the only one who truly understands Victoria Beckham’s love for their firstborn kid and how “unfair” the whole rift was for her. “David has been giving her extra-special attention, knowing how much hurt she’s hiding,” the source told the magazine.

“For years he has seen her put their family first and, while he didn’t notice as much during his busy career, it’s really getting to him now – just knowing how much she’s been keeping everything together”, revealed the source. Reportedly, David Beckham is very furious at how his wife is being portrayed as a villain, adding, “He’s furious over how unfairly she’s been scapegoated in this, and all of the smears on her.” Page Six earlier reported how the “non-stop petty drama” between the fashion designer and her new daughter-in-law has also affected Victoria Beckham and her husband’s relationship with their son, Brooklyn Beckham.

The football legend is shocked at how well his wife Victoria Beckham handled her rumored feud with daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz. Even after attending the fashion designer’s fashion show in Paris, there still seems to be some animosity from Nicola Peltz towards her mother-in-law as she directly refused to celebrate Christmas with the Beckhams.

She still wants to protect her son,” concluded the insider. Speaking to Grazia Magazine about the whole drama which started at Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz’s wedding, Beckham told that his wife blanked the new daughter-in-law for days after offering to design her wedding dress.
