Developer NetherRealm Studios alongside Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment released a trailer for Mortal Kombat 11, which will come out next week on Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC. As fans would expect from the Mortal Kombat trailer, it has set a grand stage for the time-bending story of the game, boasting off a lot of gameplay from the launch roster of Mortal Kombat 11. And the game comes with the classic Mortal Kombat theme.

‘Mortal Kombat 11’ Is On Its Way!

The plot of Mortal Kombat game (for those who are unaware) takes place after the death of Shinnok at the hands of Cassie Cage, while Raiden is torturing the Elder God in the Jinsei chamber. Raiden, the iconic God of thunder is now a dark persona, thanks to Jinsei, who tells Shinnok his plans to take over the enemies of the Earth Realm before they can launch an attack at the realm.

Kronika enters the scene right there who is the Keeper of Time, who’s unhappy with Raiden and his attempts to alter the time balance after the events of Mortal Kombat X. She’s not aiming to bring order all at once to the Earth Realm.

The Game is under development for Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC and PS4. Mortal Kombat 11 has been scheduled for an April 23rd release. Unless you’re on Switch or in Europe, you’d have to wait until 10th May to get your hands on the Mortal Kombat game.
