The 48-years-old American actor Leonardo Wilhelm DiCaprio dated celebrity beauties Gisele Bundchen, Bar Refaeli, and Erin Heatherton. Still, he didn’t get any luck with Cara Delevingne in 2013 at the ongoing 66th Cannes International Film Festival. Cara Delevingne made sure she won’t be another notch on his bedpost despite being bedded by some of the hottest supermodels.
It has been reported that the 30-year-old model turned down the actor’s invitation to attend a private celebration for his then-latest film, The Great Gatsby, at the May 2013 Cannes. She made her Cannes Festival red carpet debut in serious style at the premiere of The Great Gatsby (2013).
English Model Cara Delevingne won Model of the Year at the British Fashion Awards in 2012 and 2014.
Leonardo DiCaprio’s Frantic Attempts To Convince Cara Delevingne
Pan actress Cara Delevingne snubbed The Great Gatsby actor’s invite to a private party after a night out in Cannes because she thought he was “too old.”
An insider told a source,
“Normally all Leo has to do is look at a girl, and they fall at his feet. However, Cara was having none of it. He spent the night chasing after her, and essentially she blew him out.”
Life & Style reports that Leonardo DiCaprio kept trying to get Delevingne’s number at the Cannes Film Festival. A source told the outlet,
“Leo kept hitting on her at the ‘Great Gatsby’ bash at Cannes. He even lunged at her at one point, and she dodged him. He begged her to return to his hotel room, but she declined.”
According to the source, Delevingne eventually gave him her phone number. Although DiCaprio did his best to impress the Pan actress, he spent much time away filming, but he still couldn’t get her attention.
Besides that, if we talk about Cara Delevingne’s Cannes 2013 look, her silk plunge-neck column dress, platform black heels, and sparkling Chopard jewelry added a touch of glamour to her red-carpet look. She wore her long blonde hair loosely tousled and parted in a side parting for extra glamour, while her eyes were dark and dramatic, and her lips were red.
Leonardo DiCaprio’s 48th Birthday Bash
Leonardo DiCaprio’s 48th birthday party was so spectacular that it could have been mistaken for a movie set. Among the biggest names in the film industry, the superstar actor celebrated his birthday in true style at a private mansion party in Beverly Hills on Friday.
Some were surprised to find that Gigi Hadid wasn’t there. Hadid and DiCaprio have been spotted together at several events over the past few months, leading to rumors that they are dating.
However, there was much fun at Leonardo DiCaprio’s birthday party, especially for Kate Hudson. During the Los Angeles premiere of Hudson’s new film Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery on Monday, the actress told a media outlet that DiCaprio’s birthday party last Friday was “a needed bash.”
She said, “It was so much fun,” Hudson said. “I’ve known Leo since I was 17. … It was a blast. It was a needed bash.”
Hudson was among DiCaprio’s guests at the recent birthday party, including his parents, George DiCaprio and Irmelin Indenbirken, and fellow industry friends.
