American actor, Lorenzo Lamas recently address the ongoing reports of his beloved daughter, Victoria Lamas having a romantic relationship with actor, Leonardo DiCaprio.
Stating to New York Post, he confessed that his daughter indeed is “smitten” with the Titanic actor. He admitted that his daughter told him about his new interest.
“I know she likes him very much,” he told the outlet.
“I think they met last month. I’m not sure of the circumstances, but that’s what she told me.”
Even though he admitted being smitten by the 48-year-old actor, he offered her some advice as a father.
He told the outlet,
“I told her to treat the relationship like a holiday — just enjoy it as much as you can for as long as it lasts. And if it lasts for more than a typical holiday, great. But if not, then just guard your heart, you know? Because she’s very young.”
It is indeed important for him to give her such advice as the Romeo+Juliet star is known for being a womanizer which is why he wants his daughter to get hurt as less as possible.
A Brief Note on Victoria Lamas and Leonardo DiCaprio’s Relationship
DiCaprio was spotted together with the 23-year-old actress leaving the Birds Street Club last Tuesday. They left the place separately but ended up in a car together which is how they spark rumors of their relationship.
The source shared that they were not the only person in the car as “a number of other people” joined them. Even the actress’s father shared,
“She’s fond of him, obviously. But they’re not dating, and she does not want that out there because that would be really bad.”
Adding that the duo is just “friends,” he confirmed that they are not exclusive to each other. Well, time will tell as previously it was reported that The Wolf of Wall Street star was interested in Gigi Hadid with the pair taking things rather casually.
