The 40-year-old musician, Lil Wayne is keeping off his Miami Beach mansion from the market as the house has finally got a buyer. His South Florida home was listed back in September last year originally at a sum of $29.5 million, however, he chose to give off some discount by lowering the price to $28 million. The listing was held by Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman.

That sure worked out in the end as a real estate source told TMZ that the musician has accepted the offer from a potential candidate who will be purchasing the mansion.

“Wayne accepted a buyer’s offer on February 3, and although the sale’s still pending … it’s close to getting finalized.”

Now that the deal is about to be completed, he is residing in a $15.4 million mansion located in the City of Hidden Hills, California near Kendall Jenner‘s home.
