On Friday, a three-part docuseries directed by Elli Hakami and Julian P. Hobbs surrounding the lives of Armie Hammer and his family tree was released on Discovery+. House of Hammer reveals the true history of Armie Hammer, his great grandfather Armand Hammer, uncle Julian Hammer, and father Michael Hammer. Casey Hammer, the actor’s aunt, plays a key role in the docuseries as she reveals a lot of information about her family.
Armie Hammer was accused of violence and assault
Last year, two women came forward to talk about the conversations they had with Armie Hammer. They shared disturbing screenshots of him admitting that he is “100% a cannibal.” Along with this, many audio messages were shared on social media that accused the actor of emotional abuse, manipulation, and violence. The docuseries covers all of the accusations in detail.
Casey Hammer revealed more about her family
Casey Hammer, Armie Hammer’s father’s sister, and granddaughter of Armie’s great grandfather, Armand Hammer, exposed her family’s deepest, darkest secrets in the series. She said,
“On the outside, we were a perfect family. But magnify Succession a million times, and it was my family.”
She accused Armie’s parents of cutting her completely out of her grandfather’s will and also revealed she was sexually abused by her father, the late Julian Hammer. She also shared stories about growing up around her father’s meth and cocaine-fueled parties with underage girls. Armie’s father also allegedly kept a seven-foot-tall sex throne at the Hammer Foundation headquarters.
She revealed that she was not shocked when Armie Hammer’s activities came into the limelight
She also talked about the allegations that were put against her nephew,
“You don’t just wake up and become this dark controller, abuser. This behavior is deep-rooted… every generation of my family has been involved in dark misdeeds, and it just gets worse and worse and worse. I know my grandfather had a dark side. I saw my father’s dark side firsthand. And I’ve seen my brother’s dark side. Now it’s Armie Hammer.”
Armie Hammer’s father has threatened that he will take legal action against his sister, Casey Hammer, as she revealed a lot of information about their family.
