Johnny Depp’s fans have reignited the fire on social media after they called out Amber Heard’s supporters. They claimed that Johnny Depp’s drug habits, employment history, and friendship with Marilyn Manson don’t justify Amber Heard’s abusive behavior. The highly controversial defamation trial came to a conclusion in June and Johnny Depp won the case. The actor sued his ex-wife, Amber Heard, over an op-ed she wrote in 2018. In the op-ed, she claimed to be a victim of domestic violence. The fans of both celebrities have been debating on social media for a while now.

Johnny Depp filed a lawsuit against the Aquaman actress Amber Heard over an op-ed she wrote in The Washington Post back in 2018. She wrote, “Two years ago, I became a public figure representing domestic abuse, and I felt the full force of our culture’s wrath for women who speak out.” The court concluded that the op-ed was about Johnny Depp and he won the lawsuit against Amber Heard. The actress was asked to pay damages of a total of $10.35 million. Amber Heard won on one account of defamation and was awarded $2 million.

Johnny Depp’s fans unsealed court documents
Last month, Johnny Depp’s fans paid roughly $3k to get information from Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s trial. The document revealed that Johnny Depp’s legal team wanted to use Amber Heard’s intimate pictures as evidence in court. Plus it revealed that photos and audio submitted by the Pirates of the Caribbean actor in court as evidence in the case were ‘manipulated’.
It also revealed that the actor suffers from erectile dysfunction and also contained information regarding Ellen Barkin’s testimony during the trial. She claimed that Johnny Depp drugged her before having sex with her for the first time in the 90s.
