There are lot of powerful characters in the MCU and fans are spoilt for choices when it comes to selecting any one. However, in the Avengers lineup, which consists of characters who are not so powerful to the ones who are incredibly powerful, Vision does stand out.
He was created to become the next body for Ultron and was powered by the Mind Stone and was worthy enough to carry Mjolnir.
But before that he was AI called JARVIS and was definitely advanced.

1. JARVIS Always Listened To The Avengers and Adapted To Their Needs

In Avengers (2012) when Hawkeye says the alien ships can’t bank worth a damn, Jarvis is immediately planning our a route in the lower right corner of Stark’s helmet display.

2. JARVIS Made Sure To Consider Iron Man’s Future Needs

In the movie Iron Man, while Tony was making test flight modifications, Jarvis recommended him to strengthen the exoskeleton in case Tony had to visit other planets.

3. Tony And Pepper Made Sure That JARVIS Got To Celebrate X- Mas With Them

Probably all of us missed this detail but in Iron Man 3, Jarvis had a Christmas stocking.

4. Vision Always Has Had Existential Crisis

Vision had always been contemplative about his place in the world. At the end of Captain America: Civil War (2016), Vision was seen contemplating the role he played in the “catastrophe” he had predicted.
He is holding a Rook, which is the only chess piece that represents a thing instead of a person.

Initially, Vision was meant to be Ultron’s next body and in Avengers: Age of Ultron, the back of Vision’s head actually resembles a simplified version of Ultron’s face.

6. Vision Killed Ultron With Some Help of Captain America

In Age of Ultron, Cap threw his shield into an Ultron Sentry’s shoulder which it throws off in Sokovia. This Sentry had a missing forearm and survives the battle to be killed by Vision at the end of the movie.

7. Vision Is Worthy To Lift Mjolnir and Worth of Thor’s power

Yes he can life the Mjolnir since he is a machine, but he can channel the power of Thor; which can be done by something who is Worthy.
In Age of Ultron, when Vision hits Ultron with Mjolnir there is a flash of lightning implies that Vision is worthy of Thor’s power and not just a machine moving, as said by Tony at the end of the film.

8. Tony Made Sure To Document Every Conversation Between Him and Jarvis

In many of the scenes from Iron Man it features a live transcription of the conversations between Tony and Jarvis.

9. Thor Named Vision

In Avengers Age of Ultron, Thor struck vision’s cradle with lightning and then went on to explain, ” I had a vision. A whirlpool  that sucks in all hope of life and at the center of it is that.” He then went on to point the mind stone, which was at the centre of Gauntlet.
