Samuel L Jackson stated that Trump is “destroying the planet”, and he refused to be anyhow “complicit” by not saying anything. Trump also addressed those moviegoers who threatened to boycott his films or feel other by his political views.

He even discussed his role as a public figure in the world of politics.

“I know how many motherf—ers hate me. ‘I’m never going to see a Sam Jackson movie again.’ F— I care? If you never went to another movie I did in my life, I’m not going to lose any money. I already cashed that check. F— you. Burn up my videotapes. I don’t give a f—,” he said.

Jackson Doesn’t care about offending fans

Samuel L Jackson has been criticising Trump since days now was asked during the interview if he worried about “offending fans”.

The actor also mocked the concept of actors sticking to acting, shutting down the idea that as someone rich, he isn’t affected by governmental action.

“I’m a human being that feels a certain way,” he said. “This is how I feel. And I count to 100 some days before I hit ‘send,’ because I know how that s— is.”

Jackson Has Always Been Politically Active

Samuel L Jackson has had a grand career of 120 films, spanning over 40 years. He has played some of the most memorable roles in Hollywood, right from Jules in “Pulp Fiction” and Mace Windu in “Star Wars” to his current portrayal of Nick Fury in Marvel.

Before becoming an actor, Jackson took an active part in the 60s civil rights movement.
