The Magic Mike series is coming up with its third movie. The first movie received high marks from both spectators and critics due to its cast of beautiful and skilled leading males. It included Matt Bomer, Joe Manganiello, Matthew McConaughey, and Alex Pettyfer. Three years later, the follow-up Magic Mike XXL became a smash hit, convincing viewers that a third movie to complete this trilogy was unavoidable. Now after some eight years, the sequel is a reality.

The Magic Mike franchise is coming with its third movie next year as the cast returns with the most anticipated sequel. The film sees Salma Hayek joining Channing Tatum in the lead role. The teaser trailer of the third and final installment dropped recently and showed fans a sensuous lap dance moment between Hayek and Tatum.

The Oscar-nominated star recently shared her experience with filming that scene and how difficult it was for her. During an interview, she described shooting that scene as physically challenging for her. The Puss in Boots: The Last Wish star said, “It’s very physically challenging. My goodness. You just wait to see. It’s just complicated.” She also confessed that the moment was wonderful, and it helped her remember who she truly was.

The Frida actress gave some insights about her role in the movie and how she plays the role of a strong woman to Antonio Banderas while promoting her new film. She revealed to Banderas,

“You know what was my day going into the office? I would just sit around and watch, like, 12 men, semi-n*ked dancing and doing pirouettes. And I got to boss them around.”

The House of Gucci star stepped in to take over the role originally decided to be played by Thandiwe Newton. According to a Warner Bros. representative from earlier this year, the Westworld actor left the movie to deal with family problems.
