Noah Schnapp is known for his role as Will Byers in one of the most popular Netflix shows, Stranger Things. Fans of the show love the actor as well as the character he portrays. Recently, he was termed as the Tom Holland of Stranger Things because he shared spoilers for Volume 2 of the fourth season on his Instagram. The title given to the actor seems appropriate since he not only gives spoilers away but also has a crush on the Spider-Man: No Way Home actress, Zendaya.
Noah Schnapp snaps a picture with his real-life crush Zendaya
The actor first said ‘hi’ to Zendaya while accepting the award for Best Frightened Performance at the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards. Just a year later, the actor finally got to meet his real-life crush at the 2019 E! People’s Choice awards. The two even clicked a picture together, and the Stranger Things star looked like he was on top of the world as he stood next to Zendaya.
Noah Schnapp talks about meeting Zendaya for the first time
In an appearance on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the actor talked about meeting Zendaya and stated,
“It was amazing. I just remember seeing her out of the corner of my eye and walking up to her. I was really, really nervous. And I was like, ‘Oh, my God, it’s actually her. This is the first time I’m meeting her. She smelled great, and she was so cute. And she towered over me. And she bent down, and she’s like, ‘Hi, Noah,’ with her little squeaky voice. Yeah, I remember everything.”
Noah Schnapp says he is ready to replace Tom Holland as Spider-Man in order to be with Zendaya
The actor has mentioned Zendaya several times in various interviews. Once, he said that he would like to replace Tom Holland as Spider-Man just so he could be with Zendaya. In an appearance at Build, the star stated,
“We got to get rid of whoever is in it now. No, but I love Tom Holland. Just once he gets older. I love Tom Holland. And Zendaya’s in it, and I love Zendaya. It’s like the perfect [opportunity]. Tom Holland can be like the other Spider-Man.”
Noah Schnapp is not the only star who seems fit for the role of Spider-Man. The fans have been demanding Noah Schnapp’s co-star Joe Keery who plays Steve Harrington in the show, to play the role of Peter Parker. However, both the stars have to wait since it is unlikely that any actor will replace Tom Holland in the near future, especially after the success of Spider-Man: No Way Home last year.
