We have already seen a cover to Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #30 that features Ranger helmets scattered around Lord Drakkon’s throne. Thanks to Instagram user cyclops17__tony, now we know what Lord Drakkon’s newest form might look like in the next issue.

The new cover features Drakkon in a new suit with black and gold armour. There’s an orange tint to the shield and belt with a symbol in the middle of his chest. The helmet also features a silver face mask with a red visor.

The new suit looks extremely promising and totally different from the traditional white, green and gold look. It also seems like he has collected all the Morphers that he needed, which means that he is so powerful now that it might even take an entire army to bring him down. We’ve already seen in the last issue that the Rangers have an army of their own that might come handy now.

It’s still unknown whether this will be Drakkon’s final look for the comic but one would say that there’s not much left to be done with the design anymore. Still, the creators might just come up with something at the final moment, so all we can do for now is wait until the next issue arrives.

Might Morphin Power Rangers #30 is written by Kyle Higgins and illustrated by Daniele Nicuolo with its cover by Jamal Campbell. Here’s the official description of the comic book:

“This is it. The team up between every Ranger left standing against the unrivaled power of Drakkon, while a covert team led by Grace embarks on what might be their last mission ever.”

The issue will hit the comic book stores on August 15.
