Rob Kardashian Denied Settlement Motion Against Blac Chyna For Revenge-Sex Video
Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian’s relationship has been a rollercoaster ride ever since the beginning. The couple was on and off again until they finally separated in 2017. During the course of their relationship, the two had their E! reality TV show Rob & Chyna. However, the two broke up, due to which the show never received a second season. In 2017, Chyna filed a lawsuit against Rob for verbal and physical abuse and sued the Kardashians for $100 million. The two are still caught up in a legal battle that is set to go to trial.
Rob Kardashian to go to trial for posting revenge porn
In 2017, Rob Kardashian posted a video of Blac containing sexually-explicit content on his Instagram. The video was posted without Chyna’s consent and constitutes revenge porn. Recently, A Los Angeles County judge from the Superior Court of California denied Rob Kardashian’s plea for a settlement, as per the report by People.

Chyna’s lawyer revealed that Chyna is thrilled with the rejection of the settlement. In a statement to People, the lawyer, Lynne Ciani, said,
“Chyna is very pleased that the trial judge denied Rob’s motion to ‘enforce’ a settlement that never existed. Without a settlement, Chyna will prove her case to a Los Angeles jury on June 20 that Rob posted devastating revenge porn of her to millions of his Instagram followers without her consent.”
Chyna’s lawyer says that Rob should be prosecuted for posting revenge porn
Ciani added, “Revenge porn is a very dangerous form of violence predominantly perpetrated against girls and women. Victims of revenge porn typically experience serious anxiety, shame, and helplessness. Some revenge porn victims have committed suicide. Rob Kardashian has never taken responsibility for his heinous and vengeful act of posting revenge porn against Chyna in July 2017. He was never criminally prosecuted. It is finally time for Rob to be held accountable in a court of law.”
Even though the Kardashian has denied the allegations of abuse, the trial could prove to be bad for Rob Kardashian, who has a daughter with Chyna named Dream.
