Rapper Kanye West has reportedly hired lawyer Camille Vasquez to handle his legal affairs. Camille Vasquez is the same lawyer who was hired by actor Johnny Depp during his legal battle against his ex-wife Amber Heard. The actor was able to win the defamation case against his ex-wife in June 2022 thanks to Camille Vasquez. Now, Kanye West has hired the famous lawyer to handle his legal problems, which are adding up every day. The rapper has made controversial statements recently about the Black Lives Matter movement and got into legal disputes with clothing brands like Adidas, GAP, and Balenciaga. The lawyer will now help him out.
Kanye West hired Camille Vasquez
To handle his latest fiascos, rapper Kanye West has hired lawyer Camille Vasquez of the Brown Rudnick firm. It is still unclear to what extent and what matters the lawyer will help him out but as of now, it is confirmed she will defend him. Camila Vasquez became a household name after she defended actor Johnny Depp in his highly publicized defamation case against his ex-wife, Amber Heard.
The actor sued his ex-wife over an op-ed she wrote back in 2018. Amber Heard highlighted in the op-ed that she was a victim of domestic abuse. On June 1st, the jury concluded that the op-ed was about Johnny Depp, and Amber Heard was instructed to pay roughly $10 million in compensatory damages.

The rapper has constantly made nonsensical statements over the past few weeks and he might soon get into legal trouble.
