However, in 2016 it was revealed by a source close to Selena Gomez that she allegedly changed her number to avoid Bieber. On top of this, she also asked her friends ” not to give it to him” the source said. The ex-couple had many friends in common including big names like Taylor Swift and Gigi Hadid.
Justin Bieber faced hate from fans after the Breakup
When it was revealed that the Peaches singer was reportedly cheating on Gomez, the fans went wild and started sending hate to Justin Bieber on his social media. When Justin Bieber posted a photo on his Instagram with his then-girlfriend Sofia Richie, he received a lot of hate from his fans. The Same Old Love singer reportedly commented on Bieber’s post with Richie, asking him to not post pictures with his new girlfriend if he can’t “handle the hate.”
