They filed documents seeking a judge’s approval of terms, including payments from Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, to his ex-wife of $200,000 a month in child support.
The documents filed in Los Angeles superior court state that the two will share joint custody, and no one will pay the other spousal support. It has been almost two years since Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Ye in February 2021. According to the court documents, the ex-couple resolved their child custody and property-related problems on the terms they agreed upon in their prenuptial agreement.

After marrying in May 2014, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West separated in 2020, ending their eight-year marriage. Kardashian filed for divorce in February 2021. While the divorce is still in process, a judge allowed Kardashian to drop the surname “West” from her name and be considered legally single in March. The decision came after Ye opposed her requests.
According to the divorce settlement reports, The Kardashians star, 42, and the rapper Ye, 45, will receive joint custody with “equal access” to their four children: North, 9; Saint, 6; Chicago, 4; and Psalm, 3.
Moreover, the documents state that the rapper will pay the reality star $200,000 monthly for child support, and the ex-couple will split the expenses of the kids’ private security and school equally. In addition to dividing their assets according to their prenuptial agreement, the couple waived spousal support.
When Kardashian filed for divorce in February 2021, it seemed they were headed for an amicable split on agreed-upon terms. Ye began lashing out on social media against Kardashian, her family, and her then-boyfriend Pete Davidson early this year after neither of them talked publicly about the split. His complaints included being excluded from their children’s birthday parties and other events and not being allowed to make major parenting decisions.
